CPL Online and CPL Learning
A public technology leadership case study
David co-founded CPL Online after initially being contracted to build technology for CPL Training. He built the technology, product capability and technical organisation behind CPL Online, later progressing through Managing Director, Chief Data Officer and Chief Technology Officer roles.
From 2018 to June 2022, David was Chief Technology Officer of CPL Learning. His work included learning, appraisal, checklist, survey and communication platforms, plus high-volume reporting and analytics. He selected and introduced HPCC Systems, including Thor and ROXIE patterns, for large-scale reporting, analytics and data applications.
