What happens after the introduction?
If there is a useful fit, David proposes a bounded, paid discovery. You agree the fee, timetable, people and source access before work starts.
- Bring one recurring business task, its owner and examples you have permission to use.
- Receive a source and access review, a recommended first application and an implementation proposal with costs and dependencies.
- Agree a baseline and acceptance measures: time spent, answer quality, evidence coverage and exceptions needing human review.
- Consider existing tools alongside a tailored build. Discovery can recommend a smaller solution or no build.
Implementation, hosting, AI usage and ongoing support are scoped separately. A demonstration uses fictional information; a customer pilot needs its own approved sources and agreed acceptance review.
