Services

Your data. A connected AI foundation. Useful applications.

I help you choose a useful first problem, connect the information it needs and build the AI foundation and web tools around it. The work can start with one team, one task and an agreed set of sources.

Your first paid step

One task. A scoped discovery. A clear decision.

Choose one team and one recurring information problem. Before work starts, agree the sources, deliverables, fee and delivery dates. Receive a recommendation you can act on before committing to a build.

Arrange a 20-minute online introduction

You bring the task and information

A sponsor, source owner and reviewer, a small approved document collection or export, and representative questions or cases.

You receive a practical discovery pack

A workflow and source/access map, readiness findings, sample output, acceptance checks and the requirements for a first application.

You decide whether to build

Review a scoped build proposal with costs and dependencies, use an existing tool, improve the source information first, or stop.

The discovery fee is agreed in advance for the defined scope. A build, production connections, hosting, AI usage and ongoing support are priced and agreed separately. Sessions and reviews take place online.

Working directly with David

Delivery and support agreed around your engagement

Each engagement is scoped around David’s available capacity. Your proposal sets out delivery dates, review sessions and responsibilities alongside existing commitments.

Clear arrangements before you start

  • Agree the start date, delivery schedule and named reviewer.
  • Define response hours and any ongoing support in a separate scope.
  • Agree ownership of accounts, application assets, documentation and deployment access.
  • Set out handover and continuity arrangements, including specialist cover where it is required.

Hosting, usage costs and ongoing support are specified separately. Support coverage and partner involvement depend on the arrangement agreed for your application.
